Refund Policy

Rental Agreements with Hypoluxo Storage are on a month to month basis. The first month’s rent and the one time administration fee are non refundable.

There are no refunds for partial month’s rent. However, if you provide written notice that you intend to move out before you make your final rent payment, we will prorate your last month so you pay for only the days used.

If you have prepaid for a full month and have not used any days of storage for that month we will provide issue a refund for that unused month. Refunds are mailed from the Corporate Office to the last address as provided by the Tenant. Refunds may take 4-6 weeks.
